🔴 Vesuvius has entered into an agreement to acquire Molten Metal Systems (MMS) from Morgan Advanced Materials Plc (“Morgan”) for an enterprise value of £92.7 million
📝 MMS is a global manufacturer of high-tech crucibles with a strong position in the non-ferrous metals industry, with 50% of its revenue coming from sales to aluminum foundries and the remainder largely for products for copper alloys and precious metals.
